Exploratory Engagement Policy

LOFT THIRTY ONE is a design-build firm operating at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. Our process is highly collaborative and idea-driven, and even early conversations often involve meaningful design insight, strategic direction, and problem-solving that holds real value. To ensure our time, expertise, and creative work are respected, we require a $2,500 exploratory engagement fee for clients who wish to meet with us, review their project, and explore working together.

This fee secures dedicated time with our team and reflects the depth of thinking, experience, and intellectual property shared during these early discussions. Should you move forward with LOFT THIRTY ONE, the full $2,500 is applied to your first invoice. If you choose not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable. This policy allows us to serve serious clients at the highest level while protecting the integrity of our creative work and process.
